Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
These Terms explain the basic rules for using JUNIQ, including accounts, recordings, AI-assisted features, subscriptions, JUNIQ Credits, payments, content and your rights.
The detailed terms below explain how those principles apply to everyday use of the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You keep responsibility for the recordings, documents, prompts and other content you choose to provide to JUNIQ.
Use JUNIQ lawfully and do not misuse the service, bypass security controls or interfere with other users.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
You must provide information that is reasonably accurate and current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity occurred because of a JUNIQ security failure or another matter for which the law makes JUNIQ responsible.
If you use JUNIQ for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation where required. Organisation administrators may have additional controls over organisation-managed accounts and workspaces.
Recording and consent laws can vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. You are responsible for deciding whether you may lawfully record a conversation and whether notice or consent is required before using JUNIQ to record it.
You must have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis needed to upload, record, process, translate, save or share content through JUNIQ. Do not use JUNIQ to infringe another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or other legal rights.
JUNIQ may use automated and AI-assisted systems to transcribe, translate, analyse, answer questions and generate requested work. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Review important outputs before relying on them. JUNIQ is not a substitute for qualified professional advice where legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other professional judgement is required.
The current plan price, billing frequency, included usage and any trial or top-up offer are shown on JUNIQ’s Pricing, Usage & Credits or checkout pages before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method clearly identified at checkout. You authorise the applicable charge when you confirm a purchase. Taxes or other charges will be shown where required.
Where a plan renews automatically, the renewal frequency and price are disclosed before purchase. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewal after the current paid period unless a different outcome is required by law or clearly stated for the specific plan.
If JUNIQ makes a material change to a paid service, price or recurring plan, JUNIQ will provide notice where reasonably practicable and will not rely on these Terms to remove rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, cancellations and other remedies are provided where required by Australian Consumer Law and any additional rights JUNIQ clearly offers at the time of purchase.
Do not use JUNIQ for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of another person or organisation.
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, gain unauthorised access, probe security controls or interfere with JUNIQ infrastructure.
Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another user or use the service in a way that materially disrupts other users.
As between you and JUNIQ, you retain the rights you already hold in content you provide. You give JUNIQ the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and otherwise handle that content to provide the features you request, operate the service and meet applicable legal obligations.
JUNIQ and its licensors retain rights in the JUNIQ platform, software, interfaces, branding, designs, documentation and other proprietary materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of JUNIQ technology to you.
JUNIQ may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control. JUNIQ will take reasonable steps to restore service and communicate significant issues where appropriate.
JUNIQ may improve, add, retire or change features over time. Material changes to paid services will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law and any commitments made to affected customers.
Australian Consumer Law: JUNIQ services may come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where the law permits a liability to be limited, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not override rights that apply to consumers or protected small businesses.
JUNIQ’s Privacy and Data Handling pages explain how personal information and workspace content are handled.
Read Privacy →JUNIQ may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, serious misuse, non-payment or legal compliance. Where appropriate, JUNIQ will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
