Account & contact information
This may include your name, email address, account identifiers, organisation details and information you provide when contacting JUNIQ.
This Privacy Policy explains the kinds of personal information JUNIQ may collect, how it is used, how connected services may process it, and the choices available to you.
JUNIQ is designed around practical data minimisation and transparent handling of the information needed to provide the service.
This may include your name, email address, account identifiers, organisation details and information you provide when contacting JUNIQ.
When you choose to record, upload or save content, JUNIQ may process audio, transcripts, documents, translations and related workspace content.
Questions, prompts, requested actions and generated outputs may be processed so JUNIQ can provide Ask JUNI, JUNI Agent and related AI-assisted features.
JUNIQ may collect device, browser, session, diagnostic and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
Subscription and purchase information may be associated with your account. Sensitive payment card handling is performed through Stripe’s dedicated payment infrastructure.
If you contact JUNIQ, we may keep the information needed to respond, investigate a problem, manage your request or maintain an appropriate support record.
Personal information and workspace content may be used where reasonably needed to:
Information may also be used where reasonably needed to:
AI-assisted processing may be used when you ask JUNIQ to transcribe, translate, understand, answer, summarise or generate work from the information you provide.
JUNIQ may use specialist providers for functions such as payments, infrastructure, authentication, security monitoring and AI-assisted processing.
Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for the service they perform. For example, payment processing is separated from My Vault content, and security monitoring has a different role from AI-assisted processing.
Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia. The exact locations can vary by provider and configuration. JUNIQ will update this policy where practicable to identify relevant countries as production provider arrangements are confirmed or changed.
Because JUNIQ can process recordings, documents and conversations, content you choose to provide may sometimes contain sensitive information. JUNIQ does not require sensitive information merely to create a standard account. Users should only record, upload or share sensitive information when they have an appropriate reason and authority to do so.
JUNIQ may retain account, support, transaction and workspace information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate records. Retention periods may differ by information type and account status.
JUNIQ uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
JUNIQ aims to make privacy requests understandable and practical.
