Recordings & audio
Audio you choose to record or upload may be processed to create transcripts, translations or other user-requested outputs.
This page explains how information moves through JUNIQ when you record, upload, transcribe, translate, ask JUNI, use JUNI Agent, save work in My Vault, download or share.
The exact steps depend on the feature you use, but the core flow stays simple.
JUNIQ only needs the information relevant to the action you choose to perform.
Audio you choose to record or upload may be processed to create transcripts, translations or other user-requested outputs.
Text created from recordings or translations may be used inside the JUNIQ workspace and saved to My Vault when you choose.
Documents and files you upload may be processed so JUNIQ can extract, understand, translate or work with their content.
Your question and the relevant source content may be processed together so JUNI can answer in context.
Instructions and relevant source information may be processed so JUNI Agent can prepare notes, emails, documents or other requested work.
Items you choose to save are associated with your signed-in JUNIQ workspace so you can find, download or remove supported saved items later.
When you request transcription, translation, understanding, answering or generation, relevant content may be sent to the service needed to perform that task.
JUNIQ is designed so customers interact with JUNIQ rather than needing to understand which underlying provider performs each technical step. Different providers may be used for different tasks based on capability, reliability, security, cost or service requirements.
JUNIQ uses specialist services for specific functions rather than treating all customer information as one undifferentiated data stream.
Selected content may be processed by AI or media services when needed for transcription, translation, understanding or generation.
Stripe handles payment transactions through dedicated payment infrastructure. Payment processing is separated from recordings, transcripts and My Vault content.
Vanta supports security and compliance monitoring, evidence collection and control management. It is not the system used to process recordings or JUNI content.
My Vault is the place for JUNIQ work you want available again later.
Depending on the JUNIQ feature, saved content may include recordings, transcripts, translations, JUNI answers, JUNI Agent work and documents.
Supported Vault controls let you search, review, download and remove saved items. Account-level deletion or information requests can be made through JUNIQ support.
You decide what to record, upload, type or select from saved JUNIQ content.
Save work to My Vault when you want JUNIQ to keep it available in your workspace.
Open My Vault →Download, email or share outputs when you choose to move work outside JUNIQ.
Contact JUNIQ about account deletion, access, correction or other data questions.
Contact JUNIQ →Saved workspace content may remain available while your account or applicable service remains active, unless you remove supported items or request account-level deletion. Final production retention periods should match JUNIQ’s deployed storage and backup configuration.
Account, transaction, support, security and diagnostic records may be retained for longer where reasonably needed for service operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, security or recordkeeping.
The location depends on the provider and the service configuration used for the specific task. JUNIQ’s Privacy Policy explains this at a policy level, and production documentation should identify relevant countries once live provider and hosting arrangements are finalised.
